Free delivery for purchases of $100 or more in Canada

  • Is it possible to modify/cancel an order?
    It is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
  • I received a damaged item, is it possible to exchange it?
    We have a policy in place that allows you to return the product to us within 15 days of purchase if it is damaged, faulty or has a manufacturing defect. You must send us an email detailing the situation and include proof of purchase (supporting order number). We will assess your situation and contact you for the continuation of the return process. We do not issue refunds unless the item you wish to return is no longer in stock.
  • I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?
    If your item is faulty, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we suggest you look at the return policy that applies to that product. We do not issue refunds.
  • What is the cost and delivery time?
    Delivery is provided by the transport company Purolator. Once the order has been placed, there is a delay of 1 to 3 days before your package is collected for delivery. Once the package is on its way, allow 24 to 48 business hours for express delivery ($14). Delivery is free for orders over $100 anywhere in Canada.
  • What sectors do you deliver to?
    We ship anywhere in Canada.
